*Upgraded Floor Plan: During initial construction buyers had the ability to choose from three different floor plans for the 2nd level area over the garage. Basic was an open deck, medium upgrade was a screened-in deck, and the top upgrade was an enclosed sunroom, enlarging the kitchen area by about a third. This townhouse has the top upgrade with a larger island and more contiguous space for family gathering.

Additional luxuries include FREE Wi-Fi, 5 TVs for streaming, Washer/Dryer, and 3-Car Parking. There is even an outside shower for your after-beach convenience! Just a short walk to Sunset Island's private Bayfront beaches, Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Clubhouse & Bayfront Cafe, located on the north side of the island, and less than a 5-minute walk. Non-smoking. Clamshell (i.e. street) parking passes are $70, maximum of one per house.
